WebHey everyone, I remember Raw Strength and Conditioning used to get some good reviews on here and they worked with athletes such as Fitkowski, Newbury, etc in the past (they've since moved on for whatever reason). I was just wondering if anyone currently uses their Crossfit programming (or has recently) and what your thoughts are on it?
