Adding the phrase “but not limited to” to include or including creates a redundancy: the idea that a list is not limited to the examples provided is inherent in the meaning of the word include. WebWhere do the commas go in this sentence? "The firm must be skilled in all aspects typical to (project), including, but not limited to, (list of skills)." I'm not sure if the current placement is overkill or not. I can't back this up with reference for grammatical accuracy, but I feel it reads better without the commas. Here's Chicago 's take.
