Fantastic warranty (10 years) so I don’t have to worry about who made the motors (Chinese motors seem to be a frequent complaint) and a very good price with some variations ... I do understand that places are under pressure from staffing issues etc. I've been using a kitchen chair to avoid making any issues worse. The most frustrating thing is that I would be able to fix the chair myself with the proper parts but this would void Haworth's warranty.
