I have almost entirely used the 4-3-3 DM wide in FM23. In FM21 and 22 I used the 4-2-3-1. But quickly dumped it on FM23, didn't like that they switched the two central midfielders from CM's to DM's. The 4-3-3 DM wide just feels better. Also easier to recruit players for the CM rather than the DM position I feel.
