WebWell first things first, I'd make sure your FO4 main installation isn't installed inside of either of your Program Files folders. They're considered protected and have been known to cause issues when modding sometimes. Second, can you maybe post a screenshot of both your FO4 root directory (where FO4.exe is) and your MO2 profile? MO2 was initially started by Tannin, the creator of the original Mod Organizer, to take care of 64-bit games such as Fallout 4. It is now actively maintained by a team of developers, from all backgrounds, and is now able to do much more than Tannin ever envisioned. Getting Started MO2 can be downloaded from GitHub or Nexus Mods.

But Tannin discontinued the project when he was hired by the Nexus team to develop their new Vortex mod manager. MO2 is now an open project in the hands of the community. WebAfter doing so, MO2 has decided it doesn't want to be able to detect Fallout 4, and I'm unable to manage any instances for it using MO2. I've tried launching the game several times, verifying files, moving to a different drive, moving back to the same drive, moved F4 out of /Program Files, reinstalling F4 multiple times and honestly I'm stumped.
